We work with many of UK and Europe’s most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.
What you will be doing
Day-to-day management of a number of contract and retailer accounts.
Ensuring a positive, effective, and productive working relationship with each to encourage growth and profitability.
Delivering sales targets and associated key performance indicators (KPIs).
Working with customers to agree annual forecasts.
Working with other departments to develop product costings, ensuring they meet the needs of both the business and the customer.
Working closely with the NPD, Technical, Purchasing and Operational teams on both new projects and existing lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Meeting with customers as and when necessary to discuss current and prospective business.
Seeking out, evaluating, and approaching new customers in line with company strategy.
Supporting the Head of Sales with executing strategic opportunities.
What we need from you
Previous experience within Account Management, ideally within the Health & Beauty sector.
Strong commercial acumen.
Creativity – market and trend insight and the ability to add value to customer propositions.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility and adaptability to allow you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
