My client is a very successful Commercial office fit out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard.
Job role
They require a Site Manager to oversee high end office fit outs due to multiple projects starting. The projects are full internal CAT A and B office fit outs with high end finishes. As well as day to day management you will need to keep regular contact with the project management team to make sure things run smoothly. You will have a pro active approach with staff on site and ensure everything is running to program. The projects are in West London, Central London and Reading. Values range from £300k - £1m
Experience required
- Strong background in fit out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit outs preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required.
- Worked on projects with a value up to £750k plus
- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Must be confident in conducting site, client and progress meetings
- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site
- Produce regular and clear progress reports
