Digital Services Assistant - Law / Liverpool
An award winning international law firm has a requirement for a Digital Services Assistant to join their Liverpool office on a 12 months fixed term contract. This role is one that is responsible for the scanning and archiving of incoming post, legal documents and other associated paperwork in the legal workflow. In addition, the role supports associated hardware, archiving workflow and will be a first point of contact for enquiries. The position sits within the Facilities team of the firm.
In this Digital Services Assistant role, the primary responsibilities and objectives include, but are not limited to:
Prepare, scan, and archive incoming mail and associated items.
Perform scan-back and archive scanning following business guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
Conduct live file scanning as part of reprographics duties per FE requests.
Perform first-line preventative maintenance and upkeep of departmental scanning hardware and software, ensuring maximum uptime and regular quality checks.
Maintain and service various office equipment and operating systems.
Present a professional and friendly image of the firm when dealing with clients, potential clients, and colleagues.
Meet or exceed agreed SLA measures for internal customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve queries/issues.
To be a suitable applicant for this Digital Services Assistant role, the following is required:
Proficient in scanning, post room operations, and reprographics.
Familiarity with and understanding of SLAs.
Ability to work independently within Health and Safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure.
Excellent IT and problem-solving abilities.
Capability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to work outside of regular office hours when needed
