Main Responsibilities:
Act as highways discipline technical lead, ensuring timely, high-quality, and financially sound project delivery.
Manage and train staff, set an example, and foster client relationships.
Prepare fee estimates, proposals, and resource plans.
Coordinate with engineers across offices and technical groups.
Control project documentation and engage with clients.
Manage site examinations and investigations safely and effectively.
Identify and manage project risks.Required Experience:
In-depth knowledge of DMRB/MCHW and significant road project design experience.
Strong highways design skills and stakeholder liaison experience.
Professional Qualifications: CEng + MICE and/or MIHT, or near-chartered engineer with 10-15 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.Desirable Experience:
Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, Microsoft Project, Civils 3D, MX, Infraworks, Windes/Microdrainage.
Experience in various design aspects and supporting Design and Build schemes.
Understanding related disciplines like structures, earthworks, ITS, landscaping, road safety, and traffic analysis
