Role: Project Manager
Contract length: 12 months initially
Day rate: Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid with 2 days a week on site In Glasgow
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee changes within the finance department, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and audit requirements.
* Manage a comprehensive program impacting multiple departments and systems, fostering collaboration and mitigating cross-functional dependencies.
* Implement and adapt project management methodologies including Waterfall, Prince 2, or Agile, to suit the evolving needs of the project.
* Maintain stringent product and financial controls throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to established standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the finance and banking industry.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Prince 2, or Agile.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across different geographical locations.
* Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
