We at Ribbons & Reeves are working with a fantastic prep school in Richmond looking to bring in a new School Receptionist to aid their front office operations and act as a primary first aider.
The ideal candidate will be open-minded, able to take on further training willingly and competently, with excellent organisational skills, allowing them to undertake daily administrative duties in a timely manner within a busy school work environment.
School Receptionist and Primary First Aider Job Summary:
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
Act as first point of contact for school in person, on the phone and via email.
Deal with visitor enquiries, parent emails and queries.
Assess and administer basic first aid to ill or injured children when necessary.
Contact parents and staff as necessary to report treatment or sending home.
Maintain accurate central record of children with medical conditions.
School Receptionist and Primary First Aider Job Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in schools.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and SIMS.
First Aid Qualified.
Professional and smart appearance with good interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
