The day to day
Providing expert insurance advice to customers across several media channels.
Developing and maintain customer and client relationships.
Developing an expert knowledge of company policies and products.
Assessing customers current and future insurance requirements.
Liaising with provider to arrange insurance cover for customers.
Renewing or amending existing policies.
Maintaining detailed computer records.
You will have/be
Previous customer service and/or insurance experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
A great communicator with good rapport building skills.
Experience handling both telephone and online queries.
Good time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
A confident and friendly telephone manner.
