Our client is a highly successful Financial Planning company with offices doted across the UK. They specialise in offering tailored, independent financial advice to their clients, ensuring they are offerings a high level of service.
As they continue to grow the business, they are looking to bring on a Client Service Manager to support the current manager with daily line management of the Administration team. You will get truly stuck in with offering one on one support to a team of 7 administrators, as well as helping with the growth of this team! This will include allocating tasks, 121’s, ensuring all staff remain complaint and providing any additional training/development needs.

Skills and experience required:
Experience working with management, ideally at a senior level
Experience working within the Financial Planning industry, including strong product knowledge
Inquisitive thinker, driven by data
