Job Details:
* Responsible for supervising and planning the Pre main works Foundations & Substructure construction
* Ensure all works are planned and carried out safely and to the required standards
* Support and report all the elements related to constructability and supervision of the Pre main works, Foundations & Substructure works
* Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the RAMS
* Produce and maintain daily record of progress of all construction activities on site
* Manage and coordinate subcontractor’s works and associated documents
* Plan and supervise the short term site works: requirements and requisitions, deliveries, installations, utilities
* Full responsibility for supervising the construction works on site, to ensure quality, timely and safe work practices
Job Requirements and MUST haves:
* Construction Site Manager NVQ Level 4 (or similar)
* Demonstrable extensive experience in a similar role on similar projects
