Are you a talented salesperson with a passion for driving new business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Scotland.
Core Purpose:
• Develop and maintain a profitable customer base within a defined geographical area.
• Focus exclusively on 100% new business acquisition.
• Efficiently manage your territory to maximize productivity and revenue streams.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of various sectors to achieve new business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue sales and rental opportunities within your designated area.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries from the Head Office.
• Utilize effective questioning techniques to secure new sales contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Depots, back office, warehouse) to align customer targeting and operational capabilities.
• Support customer retention efforts alongside the Customer Support Team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and service level agreements.
• Record all activities in Salesforce.
