We have an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our National Trading team on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for owning the regional pipeline management, chasing risks we are yet to see, and monitoring those we have received to ensure a successful outcome.
You will monitor local MI to spot trends in New and Existing Business and track individual new business quotes for key broker partners. You will support large tender/facility/deal pipeline opportunities, including preparation for sign-off committees.
You will be responsible for the production of ad-hoc MI packs specific to a broker account, working with the data & insights team to standardise where possible. You will build a good understanding of the local market and effectively implement the regional distribution strategy.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience building effective relationships with the business and experience communicating effectively with the business.
You will have an enthusiastic approach to improving processes and driving change. You will have a good grip on Governance and Controls, as well as experience understanding data to monitor performance.
You will have experience using judgment to make decisions efficiently, as well as an understanding of RSA’s Propositions.
