The Nijhuis project scope is for the engineering design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of process technology and equipment. The process technology includes mechanical, electrical and control equipment, as well as interfacing with the civil engineering works (provided by others/Client). Key items of technology/process include anaerobic reactors, biogas system, FlooDaf & activated sludge basin, secondary clarifier, cooling towers, chemical dosing system, pump pits, pumps and associated pipework/pipe racks, valves, along with electrical power, control and instrumentation systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include the day to day and week to week planning, coordinating, and communicating with the sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders as well as verifying construction packages and management of onsite labour and liaison with onsite client personnel and scope progressResponsibility for the day to day, week to week successful implementation of the construction programme, meeting, or exceeding client/contractual obligations.Responsible for the execution of the construction in line with the plans/specifications.In depth knowledge of managing sub-contractors and associated resources as required.Review and, or approval of the sub-contractors RAMS.
