Your new role:
- Is to draft, edit, maintain, prepare, and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, schedules, spreadsheets etc as required by the programme office.
- Provide administration support by processing appointments, contracts, purchase orders and payments.
- Provide support in the preparation and collation of agendas, papers and presentations for key meetings, committees and boards, provide secretarial support, taking meeting minutes, logging actions, and circulating minutes.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including booking travel and accomodation.
- Provide general admin support for different teams across the business.
