This role is perfect for someone with manual handling experience who enjoys working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside the driver to deliver furniture into customers' homes
Communicate with customers before delivery to confirm details and ensure a smooth process
Handle and maneuver furniture safely and efficiently, ensuring no damage to the items or property
Provide excellent customer service, representing our company with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
Previous experience with manual handling
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items
Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
