The Role:
Part time role 20-25 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Bank Reconciliation
* Processing Purchase orders and invoicing
* Processing supplier payments
* Processing expenses
* Creating supplier payment runs
* Accounting package proficiency essential (QuickBooks preferable)
* Working with External company accountants on Monthly & Annual accounts
* Import/Export knowledge advantageous
* Develop monthly reporting and financial forecasting
* Managing aged debt
* Participate in budget management and reporting
* Comfortable in creating and managing spreadsheets
* A good standard of working with MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
* Proven experience in a similar role (3+ years)
* AAT Advantageous
