Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support : Assist the Operations Manager with the daily running of operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Relations : Maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses run smoothly.
Target Achievement : Collaborate to meet monthly and yearly targets, contributing to the overall success of the division.
Team Management : Manage a team of 6, maintaining their daily job lists and ensuring team development.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations.
Business Growth : Play a key role in expanding our current client base and attracting new clients to drive business growth.
Requirements :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record in client relationship management.
Experience in staff development and team building.
Ability to meet targets and contribute to business growth.
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining records.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
