Part Time Project Coordinator

Job Description As one of the largest performance door set manufacturers and architectural hardware suppliers in the UK, we provide bespoke Door Suites made onsite in our factory located in North Wales.
We are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Project Managers in the cradle-to-grave delivery of all project activity across our business. This requires constant client contact, updating of systems, identifying quality issues and providing support when required.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider team and support in delivering all project activities in a compliant and productive manner.
You will be an adaptable, focused, organised and enthusiastic individual with meticulous attention to detail. You should also be a logical thinker, with the confidence to push back when supporting the Project team in order to achieve successful outcomes.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a fast-paced project team, in a manufacturing or construction environment.
As this role is part time, we offer fully flexible working hours between 8am and 5pm Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities:
Maintain constant dialogue with clients and Project Managers
Providing administrative support to the Project team
Work with our production and logistics functions to track deliveries
Sanity checking of all work
Processing quotes and orders
Recording of any quality issues
Supporting projects from handover to completion
Attending meetings with clients and building positive long-lasting relationships
Collaborate with Sales/Design/Logistics department
Reviewing invoice queries and credit requests where appropriate
Ensure the projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Skills and Experience
Experience within door set manufacturing or architectural hardware would be considered desirable though not essential
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge and experience of the construction or manufacturing industry would be useful though not essential
Experience of working as part of a structed project management team
Excellent attention to detail
Management of client formalities by phone and email
Capable of working to deadlines and under pressure
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach
