We are looking for an experienced Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join our growing team at our offices based in Bromley.

This is a unique positions as you will have the opportunity to not only work for our recruitment company but also help over see their payroll company.

You will be working closely with the company directors with the ability to grow with the company.

Payroll and accounts administrator

List of responsibilities for our recruitment division:

* Experienced with using Xero software.

* Running weekly/monthly payroll.

* Running weekly & monthly CIS process and returns

* Bookkeeping duties – Making sure all accounts on Xero are reconciled.

* Timesheets - Creating, sending, collating and chasing.

* Invoices – Creating and sending.

* Chasing payments from clients – Keeping on top of outstanding payments. Chasing by phone and email.

* Calculating commissions weekly and monthly for consultants.

* Providing monthly reports to company directors.

* Making sure you are up to date with all Xero updates.

* Liaising with external company accountants.

* Completing Tax and VAT returns.

* Working closely with company directors.

Pensions

List of responsibilities for payroll:

* Monthly RTI audits with accreditors

* Running Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Payrolls

* Contractor and Client Payroll Queries

* Raise and Send weekly invoices

* Reconcile banks

* CIS and VAT Returns

* Intermediary Reporting

* Send Payroll Journals to Accountants

* Umbrella Payroll
