Reporting Lines: Reporting to the Head of Resource Allocation, and working as part of the Agile team Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Part of the Agile team, the Analyst will play an essential role in providing support to a diverse range of projects and business proposals in the UK, Europe and Africa region (UKEA). We are particularly interested in candidates interested in public health, economic growth, governance, conflict & stabilisation, climate, environment, and project management. Some of the key responsibilities will include Supporting Palladium in its business development activities; helping the team create innovative high-quality bids; including work on recruitment, research, technical content, writing and commercial pricing. Working directly on our projects to support all aspects of organised, efficient Project Management, including administrative and operational support, and detailed financial management. Working within and communicating professionally across a diverse range of teams; both UK and international project staff, partners, subcontractors and our clients; proactively managing needs and expectations, and providing dependable and timely support. Developing and testing hypotheses on the central issues facing our clients, identifying and undertaking relevant research, and synthesising results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables. Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and clients. Supporting the development of Palladium’s knowledge management resources, innovative methods and intellectual property. Support delivery of Palladium’s Sustainable Business strategy and action plan; including Equity, Diversity & Inclusion; Safeguarding and Environment. Relationships The role reports to the Agile Manager, liaising closely with: Internally, the role will work with all members of the capability assigned to and project delivery teams Externally, the role will work and forge meaningful relationships with clients and external partners Essential Criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills in the leading language of location applied to Excellent analytical and research skills Ability to work well in teams and clients Ability to prioritise tasks and deliver work within deadlines Fosters an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued and leveraged Bachelor degree or equivalent Desirable Criteria:Previous experience or studies within International Development.
