Reporting Lines: Reporting to the Head of Resource Allocation, and working as part of the Agile team Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Part of the Agile team, the Analyst will play an essential role in providing support to a diverse range of projects and business proposals in the UK, Europe and Africa region (UKEA). Developing and testing hypotheses on the central issues facing our clients, identifying and undertaking relevant research, and synthesising results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables. Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and clients. Supporting the development of Palladium’s knowledge management resources, innovative methods and intellectual property. Support delivery of Palladium’s Sustainable Business strategy and action plan; including Equity, Diversity & Inclusion; Safeguarding and Environment.
