Description
As a Payroll Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
Managing a small team of approx 10 payroll staff
Providing training and development to the team of staff ensuring they all work efficiently
Managing the entire end to end payroll process for thousands of employees
Dealing with P11Ds, P60s, P45s etc, ensuring these are all sent out to relevant staff
Dealing with complex payroll queries and any escalations that the team need supporting with
Ensuring correct payroll laws and legislations are followed at all times
Many other adhoc payroll responsibilities Profile
The successful Payroll Manager would have the following attributes:
Experience working in a similar role previously
Be CIPP qualified
A very high attention to detail and very organised
A detailed knowledge / understanding of payroll laws and legislationsJob Offer
