The Company

Scope and remit
Responsible for providing on-site service, maintenance, and support on a vast range of combustion equipment and plant.
Personal duties
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of industrial combustion, heating, and process equipment on widely varied customer sites
* Responding to customer callouts by telephone or site including participation in the out of hour’s rota system
* Evaluating and resolving technical problems
* Fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
* Installing, commissioning, and servicing of combustion and process plant
* Testing and monitoring the performance of equipment and plant.
* Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests, including the completion of relevant digital forms
* After sales; providing customers with upgrade and energy saving options.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
* Offering feedback on future product development, features, and functions
