Our client frequently works on projects ranging from £50,000 to £1.5million, both Framework and tendered projects.
They are looking for a candidate with strong negotiation skills, client-side experience, a history of completing projects on time & budget and happy to commute to different locations across the region.
Although not essential, someone with great relations with subcontractors and an understanding of Value-Added Engineering is ideal for this position.
Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
*
Full UK driving License
Responsabilites:
* Manage and monitor project costs to ensure they align with the budget.
* Perform regular site visits to assess progress, ensure quality standards are met, and verify quantities.
* Prepare and present regular financial reports and forecasts to the project management team.
* Handle contract administration, including preparing interim valuations, assessing variations, and managing claims.
* Work closely with managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Provide expert advice on cost management, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to negotiate and secure favorable terms.
What We Offer:

Salary of £50,000- £60,000 per year

Full Package, including Car Allowance.

25 days holiday + bank holidays

1 day hybrid

Start date: As Soon as Possible
