Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
* Conduct regular site inspections and manage project schedules.
* Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory effectively.
* Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager, specifically within commercial fit-out projects.
* Proven track record of managing medium to large scale construction projects.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
* Must be geographically located between Wirral and Manchester, with the willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
