We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team on a temporary basis, with the duration of up to 3 months but likely to be longer. This role is integral in supporting the company, and will work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage a variety of HR responsibilities.
Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload and provide training, support, and advice to managers on absence, health, conduct, and capability cases.
Draft and review HR policies and procedures.
Undertake project work, including a policy framework refresh, introducing a new ERP system, and replacing our AskHR knowledge base & FAQ website.
Build trust and work collaboratively to support the achievement of company objectives.
Deliver appropriate outcomes in accordance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Sound knowledge of employment legislation.
Experience in managing casework such as absence management, discipline, and grievances.
Qualified to or studying for intermediate or advanced CIPD accreditation.
Excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills.
