Customer Service Assistant
Location - Ramsgate, Kent
Salary - £11.50 Per Hour
Hours - Full-Time - 30 hours per week
Temp to Perm after 6 months
Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing service role?
We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Service Assistant to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.
You will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break for an hourly rate of £11.50.
Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your transport .
Responsibilities:
Liaise with high-profile retailers and interior designers
Process orders via the bespoke computer order entry system
Deal with client enquiries face to-face and via phone/emails
Deliver a top level of customer service for all 3rd party stakeholders
General office duties
A full and detailed in-house training programme will be arranged for the successful applicant.
Skills and Experience:
Strong administrative skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
Computer-literate
Superb interpersonal skills
Target-driven
Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude
