Team BBQs and Staff days that incorporate family and partners. Responsibilities of the Materials Controller:
Generate and process purchase orders for necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Schedule and manage the calibration of tools and equipment.
Maintain calibration records and ensure tools are compliant with industry standards.
Coordinate with calibration service providers to ensure timely and accurate calibration services.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of dangerous goods in compliance with regulations.
Maintain records and documentation for dangerous goods to ensure regulatory compliance.The Candidate
The successfully appointed Materials Controller will have the following skills and abilities:
Experience working within purchasing in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
A valid Forklift and Dangerous Goods certificate would be advantageous
Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.F...
