Qualifications and Skills:
Training & Education:
A catering qualification is advantageous.
Basic Food Safety qualification.
Previous experience in residential catering or a cafeteria setting.
Experience:
Ability to take sole responsibility for providing wholesome 'home-cooking' for approximately 45 people.
