Job Description IT Support Analyst - 2nd Line IT Support. Permanent. T6/MN/18688.
Circa £40k - £43k + £1k Bonus + Benefits Package.
Location - Onsite 5 Days - St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
The IT Support Analyst will provide localised onsite support covering 1st & 2nd Line Support - will be the focal point for all on-site-based user IT Support. Own of all IT Support Incidents & Service Requests from end-to-end.
The role does NOT involve out of hours support.
Skills Experience Required:
2nd Line or 3rd Line IT Support - onsite support experience.
Office 365 - core Microsoft products.
Active Directory - Group Policy.
Video Conferencing - Zoom.
Core DNS & IP Address support.
Networking - Cisco/HP/Aruba LAN/WLAN/WAN Technologies.
Desktop Hardware & Peripherals (PCs, Laptops, Monitors).
Network Printing.
Intune - MDM management.
Cloud & Connectivity - have an awareness.
Citrix.
Linux - SAP on Linux.
AWS.
Centralised Architectures.
Stakeholder Engagement - ability to communicate with all levels.
Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
Collaborative approach to teamwork.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
