The below job description will outline this position of: Electrical Design Engineer
Typically, this person will be designing electrical drawing packages containing electrical schematics, panel designs and cable running schedules.
HSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and responsibilities of the Electrical Design Engineer:
• Follow electrical Design Change Request (DCR) process for specific ranges
• Check, update and issue accurate 2D Electrical schematic and panel drawings (AutoCAD)
• Development contract specific 2D CAD electrical information for production (AutoCAD)
• Work alongside of the Lead Electrical Designer and Wroxham Electrical Manager to achieve required deliverables and deadlines.
• Work to existing design standards for the client’s Electrical systems.
• Work closely with the Electrical, Engineering and Joinery Departments.
