Supporting the CEO in his role heading up sales you will be responsible for coordinating our sales process and providing support to the CEO in all related sales efforts.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual with a background in sales management and coordination. Engaging in approach and confident in dealing with people at all levels, you will have a persuasive manner and will be able to influence senior people to follow the sales process effectively while maintaining and updating the system with information and actions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring application of sales process system to all projects in development
* Organising, attending, and actioning all meetings related to the sales process
* Develop methods of improving quality and efficiency in the sales process
* Managing, tracking and reporting sales figures and forecasts for senior management
* Providing general support to the sales team related to the sales process
You will be able to demonstrate 5+ years’ experience in a similar role dealing day to day with senior sales directors. Experience in Design and Build environment would be an advantage but is not essential. You will have strong administrative skills with advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have an eye for detail with good numeracy skill. You will have a background and interest in sales and have a strong work ethic and a personable but persuasive manner.
