Spencer Clarke Group are currently working on behalf of a fantastic Accountancy Firm who are 100% remote working.
Our client is searching for a part time experienced client payroll and finance administrator to join their fully remote team.
This role will be 3 days a week (22.5 hours), working Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your role will be 9am-5:30pm (1 hour unpaid for lunch) and paying £18,720 per annum.
If you have experience working in an Accountancy firm, this is advantageous, but not essential. Payroll, pensions and finance experience is essential for this role.
This role will involve:
Data entry
Dealing with enquiries and queries over email and telephone direct with Clients
Using payroll specific software BrightPay & Xero
Using softwares such as Word, Excel, Outlook along with the firms practice specific softwares (training provided)
Submitting pensions information to various pensions providers including Nest & People's Pension
Management and processing of the firms company finances
and more!
What you will receive:
