Location: Killingworth - extremely accessible location via public transport and a daily parking rota available
Responsibilities:
Provide phone and email support for customer queries regarding our innovative Programmes and Promotional campaigns
Validate submissions in line with campaign requirements
Manage customer queries, concerns, and expectations
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the Customer Service team
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers
Required Skills:
Customer Service experience
Customer resolution experience
Ability to advise customers on platform usage (training provided)
Good command of verbal and written English language (additional languages a plus)
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritise workload and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
Basic understanding of website and mobile app usage, including browsers, tabs, and security password vaults
