Customer Service Representative

The Role Nigel Wright are excited to be exclusively supporting a high growing global business with their search for a Customer Service Representative. In your role as Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. Your duties include processing customer orders, managing product returns as well as consignment stock monitoring.Duties: Process customer orders Maintain customer account records and order history files
Manage product returns in collaboration with European Warehouse
Provide assistance to sales personnel for customer communications
Provide assistance to customers, sales personnel and other outside entities regarding product availability, distribution of sales collateral etc.
Monitor inquiries from customers, sales personnel, distributors and Customer Service voice mail and distribute the inquiry to the appropriate person for disposition
Provide assistance for the administrative functions within UK Office Perform general office duties, including answering telephone
Verify quarterly consignment and monthly boot stock checks
Maintain office record filing system
Skills and Attributes Skills/Attributes: Computer literate
Able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Sensitive to prompt completion of tasks
Customer service departmental policies and procedures
Order entry procedures
Prior experience in customer service activities
Experience interfacing with a direct sales organization
Focus on outstanding customer satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, very personable, good phone etiquette
Experience of SAP enterprise software would be highly preferred.
Experience in high tech or medical device industry preferred
High School Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred
