Job DescriptionWe are supporting a global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to recruit an Associate Director level Asset Manager to join their UK and pan-European Asset Management team, based in Central London.This opportunity will report into the Head of pan-European Portfolio Management and be responsible for the strategic management of their UK Business Park and Logistics portfolio.This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role within the team by setting and implementing asset strategies across the portfolio to optimise the investment performance and return.Key responsibilities include:Implement leasing strategies and drive new lease negotiations.Integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio.Manage capex and refurbishment budgets and projects.Monitor the asset performance and ensure they are within the range.Identify ways to improve processes and performance by presenting them to the board.Provide and present monthly and quarterly reports.Utilise numerical skills to produce analysis on tenancy schedules (there is also support from an Analyst).
