The Opportunity

Our client are looking for a passionate HR professional to join their team at The Edinburgh Technopole. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a dynamic team in a stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate on recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Support employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns effectively and fostering a positive work environment.
Champion employee development, identify training needs, and assist with learning opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Advisor.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
CIPD qualification would be a bonus.
