The Architect job role itself which is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to join our clients RIBA Chartered practice in their London studio on a permanent basis.
As part of this role, you will get a chance to work on a variety of projects types and scales within our residential and commercial sectors. More specifically:
The creation and development of design proposals and planning applications through to building regulation drawings.
Technical specifications, tender packages, and onsite experience preferable (RIBA stages 0-7).
The role will include contributing/providing support to the lead architect overseeing the project, being responsible for liaising with clients, the coordination of the design team and specialist consultants, meeting the programme, controlling the budget, discharging planning conditions, attendance at site meetings and carrying out measured surveys.
Ensure the high-quality delivery of written and drawn information.
Carry out CDM designer responsibilities.
Attend and help with site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections.

You will have
To be successful as an Architect here, you will be a qualified Architect with a healthy mix of the following:
RIBA Part II or Architectural Technology degree or equivalent.
Ideally 5+ years UK office-based experience.
Experience working on all RIBA stages, in particular stages 4+ in residential sectors.
Have a passion for Architecture, be highly motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to a varying workload and tight deadlines.
Excellent presentation skills and keen eye for design detail.
Experienced in use of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and Revit would be a bonus.
UK driving License.
