You must be immediately available and an experienced receptionist to join this mid-sized firm in a team of 2. This is an immaculate open floor plan reception area, with stunning city views where you will be welcoming VIPs, employees and guests.

As a Receptionist you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring reception is always presentable
Organising meeting rooms and setting up for the next meeting
Admin duties: filling, photocopying, proofreading, expenses
Answering calls and acting as a gatekeeper
Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
Making sure inventory and refreshments are always stocked
The ideal candidate will be a R eceptionist with 3 - 7 years’ of experience in the investment sector.
This is an ASAP start.
