Job Description
Idea is a well-established Point of Sale and Retail Merchandising company delivering solutions for renowned consumer brands across a multitude of sectors.
Client relationships are our top priority, and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated account executive with point of sale industry experience to join our busy sales team. Working closely with the Account Directors/Managers and our internal teams, you will help to manage projects through the business, building long-lasting client relationships and generating the revenue necessary to drive our business forward to the next exciting new stage in its development.
Responsibilities
Liaison with clients and internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of a project through the business.
Ensure clients are kept informed of job progress and all stages are agreed and recorded.
Administrative tasks to maintain our internal job management system, including documentation of briefs, recording change, approvals, quotations, and invoices. Full training will be provided.
To assist in the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system.
The Ideal Candidate
Have you previous point of sale experience
You have excellent communication skills.
You are well organised and enjoy administrative tasks.
You have good problem-solving skills and determination to find solutions.
You are calm under pressure.
You have some experience of working in the point of purchase or retail design sector.
You are UK based and able to attend the head office in Leicester.
