We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to support trust's Leadership Teams and Head Office HR team in delivering a well-run organisation focused on improving educational attainment for students. This role involves managing all aspects of the people management agenda and contributing to the development of professional HR practice.
Day to Day of the role: Provide HR support service within the region and Head Office via telephone and face-to-face.
Develop supporting HR documents, templates, policies, and procedures.
Ensure consistent and high-standard adherence to Trust HR policies within the region.
Line manage HR Officers, advising on effective HR processes and administration.
Manage employee relations issues, support with Joint Consultative Committees, and maintain a harmonious ER environment.
Provide HR knowledge and project management support on change management situations, including academy transfers, restructures, redundancies, and TUPE.
Develop common reporting processes for performance indicators and input HR data into Head Office systems.
