FPS is recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor for a leading technical and energy services provider in Scotland. This role focuses on our client's PFI Schools Contract, delivering high-quality services in maintenance, project delivery, and energy management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building condition surveys and defect diagnosis inspections.
Prepare reports, schedules of dilapidations, and condition surveys.
Review FM contracts to assess future expenditure and maintenance costs.
Manage the supply chain tender process and ensure quality assurance.
Provide technical assistance for lifecycle and variation works on client properties.
Prepare budget costings and project cost management.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring contractual obligations are met.Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
Desired: Qualification in Surveying (BSc, MSc, HND, or RICS Certificate).
IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
Construction sector work experienceBenefits:
