Transport Supervisor Responsibilities
The role is shift based, with the focus on the day-to-day operation covering the following aspects:
Ensuring the smooth running of the operations daily overseeing drivers, valets & vehicles.
Providing administrative support to drivers - including the organisation of passenger pick-ups and delivering up to date traffic information.
Processing tour bookings - via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.
Responding to passenger queries - via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.
Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
General administrative tasks - including organisation/management of passenger information and collation of performance data.
Weekly reporting using Excel.
Building & maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Transport Supervisor Requirements
Supervisory experience in a similar role
Customer Service
Administrative Skills
Competent in Excel
Knowledge of Scotland
Tourism Industry Experience
Transport Supervisor Remunerations
Shift Pattern: 3 Early / 3 Late / 3 Off
Early: 06:30 - 14:30
Late: 14:00 - 22:00
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
