An opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to support their inhouse Legal Counsel team. This busy and varied role will entail:
* Producing and amending legal documents including the creation of precedents and drawing down from templates.
* Leading on document execution and collation, filing electronic and paper documents.
* Writing up meeting minutes and assisting with the compilation of Board and Committee meeting packs.
* Completion of Companies House forms (for approval) and electronic filing.
* Preparing replies to internal and external correspondence for approval.
* Regular meetings with the legal team to discuss actions, priorities expectations and future planning.
* Proactive diary management of the legal team, to include planning and organising meetings, compiling board packs and papers, travel and venue management.
* Supporting expenses claims.
* Managing conflicting demands using initiative.
* Liaison with investment and finance teams.
Applicants must have previous Legal PA experience ideally in corporate.
