The Role & Responsibilities of the Membership Manager
Deliver an excellent service to the membership body. Carry out the membership development strategy, ensuring the growth and retention of the membership.
Duties:
Ensure membership growth and revenue targets are met
Draft and oversee membership communications and marketing to foster greater membership engagement and growth
Act as the principal point of contact for all new and existing members
Annually design and communicate the overall member programme to key stakeholders – both internal and external
Maintain up to date membership data on the CRM system
Review and process new member applications
Maintain a pipeline of potential members
Act as secretary to the membership committee
Contribute to the Business Plan and report progress on Team and Individual KPOs as agreed
