Contracts Manager Job details and Benefits;
* £45-50k per annum dependant on experience.

Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities;
* Project Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring all trades work harmoniously towards the common goal.
* Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, negotiate contracts, and work with the office management team to implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the construction process meet or exceed industry standards and comply with legal regulations.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and office management, facilitating clear and effective communication to keep all parties informed of project status and developments.
Contracts Manager Person Specification;
* Proven experience in contract management or a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel to various construction sites as required.
