Paralegal - Trading Firm

Our client, a diversified trading firm, are searching for a Paralegal to join the their impressive international legal team. As a member of the legal team, you will have an opportunity to work across the board on legal matters such as contracts, compliance and reporting.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for the drafting of agreements from standard templates, as well as reviewing and analysing contracts and other agreements including NDAs
Assist with entity management such as formation and dissolution of entities, resolutions and compliance.
Work with the rest of the legal department as well as external counsel and companies regarding negotiation and entity management.
Experience requirements:
2+ years of previous paralegal or qualifying experience, ideally in a corporate team or business.
Must have strong detail orientation and follow-through and the ability to work independently and proactively complete tasks
Must have high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
