About the Role
The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of private clients, providing expert advice on rural property matters, including estate management , valuations , and agricultural tenancies .
Responsibilities
Manage a wide range of rural properties
Conduct valuations for rural estates and properties
Advise on agricultural tenancies and property matters
Handle compensation and compulsory purchase work
Sell and let rural properties
Requirements
MRICS or AssocRICS qualification ( FAAV desirable)
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Proficient in IT and time management
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork abilities
RICS Registered Valuer status (desirable)
