About This Role:
We are expanding our sales team and seeking Key Account Manager/Director to oversee OPPO’s key sales channels, whick include tier-one mobile operators and retailers in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate complex corporate environments, identify opportunities, and drive OPPO's brand traction and sales growth across all client touchpoints. He should also possess robust experience in sales planning and management, with a proven ability to build trust and establish partnerships.
Responsibilities:
in-depth understanding of the key account to formulate the appropriate account strategy.
key account sales targets in volume and account P&L.
quarterly trading, channel marketing, call centre and retail training and engagement plans to achieve sales target. Overlook asset optimisation and quality execution.
and coordinate the end-to-end sales management cadence including-
initial requirement gathering
customised NPI presentation
annual sales forecast and lifecycle management plan
product sales and promotion plan
product launch planning and implementation plan
product launch and in-life sales initiative execution.
product end of life management.
and deepen account partnership through identifying synergistic opportunities, cementing key/senior stakeholder engagements, and facilitating the broader level collaboration between OPPO and the client organisation.
and work with various teams internally, across Marketing, GTM, Field Sales, Supply Chain Management teams, to collectively deliver account service of the highest standard ensuring the needs of all client touch points are adequately addressed.
