Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze key metrics and create reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget planning, content creation, and performance tracking.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail sector.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with social media analytics and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
