About the Job: As a Country Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisations ongoing success by overseeing a diverse team across the UK, with a team size of around 75 employees and 4-5 direct reports. This role offers a unique chance for a proven operations management professional to thrive in a renowned industry leader that values technical and engineering expertise.
Responsibilities:
Drive continuous operational excellence by ensuring performance, managing customer requirements, and collaborating with internal business development and sales teams.
Develop and grow relationships with Major Accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
Take full responsibility for meeting key customer performance metrics, including ship on time and revenue
Deliver and forecast business results through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams using software such as Salesforce.
Drive operational transformation initiatives to remain competitive, improve efficiency, quality and cost.
Collaborate with internal teams for IT and analytics, digital transformation, and process improvements.
Work closely with the European and worldwide Delivery structure and Engineering Team to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
Promote and foster a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusiveness within the team.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Business, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Technical or high-level understanding of multiple customer industries, ideally within an Electronics Manufacturing environment.
Experience with CRM & ERP systems and databases, Salesforce highly desirable.
Proven people management experience, with the ability to motivate and positively impact employees
Willingness to travel periodically as the job requires. (25% travel)
