At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Reception/Administrator to work part time at a fantastic School in Enfield

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Thursday & Friday - 8.30am -3.30pm.

About the role:

Our administrator duties can include:

* Using the school’s internal system Arbor to record a high volume of data

* Act as prime initial contact for visitors and parents when on reception and providing day-to-day administrative support including clerical processes (i.e. with registers, trips), word processing, data inputting

* Deal with face-to-face enquiries greeting, registering and assisting visitors in a welcoming manner, always ensuring that the ethos, values and policies of the school are promoted and that safeguarding requirements are considered when allowing access to the school for whatever reason

* Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks

* Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

* Along with any other duties required.

The ideal applicant will have:

* Experience of working in a school

* A real passion for working within an education environment.

* Experience utilising Arbor (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.

* a good communicator and is well organised calm under pressure

* reliable, flexible and intuitive

* committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be

* confident with a variety of IT packages & platforms to include MS Office: Excel, Word, Email, etc
